Your favorite onion dip gets a fresh new update when you use Greek plain yogurt instead of sour cream.
packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
oz Yoplait® Greek 100 plain yogurt (from 2-lb container)
cups chopped yellow onions
bag (6 oz) shredded Parmesan cheese
Heat oven to 425°F.
In small bowl, beat cream cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; beat until combined. Spread in ungreased 2-quart shallow baking dish.
Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until bubbly. Serve immediately.
If your baking dish is broiler-proof, put the dip under the broiler for 2 to 3 minutes before serving for a toasty top.
Serve dip with crackers, veggies or even Bugles® snacks!
