  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (4 oz) Old El Paso™ Chopped Green Chiles

  • Tortilla chips, as desired
Make With
Old El Paso

Steps

  • 1
In medium bowl, mix refried beans and taco seasoning mix. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the bean mixture into each of 16 (5-oz) clear plastic cups.
  • 2
In another medium bowl, mix cream cheese and chiles. Spoon 1 heaping tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture over the bean mixture in each cup.
  • 3
Top each cup with 1 tablespoon of the salsa, followed by 2 tablespoons of the lettuce, 2 tablespoons of the cheese, 1 1/2 teaspoons of the olives and 2 teaspoons of the tomato. Refrigerate until serving time, up to 4 hours. Serve with tortilla chips.

Tips from the Betty Crocker Kitchens

  • tip 1
Sprinkle fresh cilantro sprigs on top for a finishing touch.
  • tip 2
Make crisp veggie “chips” with sliced zucchini, carrot coins, jicama slices or sticks and sweet bell pepper strips.
  • tip 3
Can’t find 5-oz clear plastic party cups? Party supply stores are the best source for these specialty cups, but if you can’t find them, don’t fret! This dip looks great in widely-available 9-oz cups as well. Feel free to add a little more shredded lettuce and tomato to fill the cups a bit more.
