Prep Instructions

YOU WILL NEED:
1 Stick (1/2 Cup) Butter or Margarine, Softened* (Not Melted)
2 Eggs
*To soften butter directly from refrigerator, microwave on High 10-15 seconds.
1 Heat oven to 350°F (or 325°F for nonstick cookie sheet).
2 Stir Cookie Mix, softened butter and eggs in medium bowl until dough forms.
3 Roll dough into 1 1/2-inch balls (about 2 tablespoons) and place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. (If dough is too sticky to roll, dust hands with flour).
4 Bake 15 to 17 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool 2 minutes before removing from cookie sheet. Cool completely; store in airtight container.
Betty’s Tip: Roll dough in sugar before baking.
