package (9 oz) refrigerated three-cheese tortellini
bag (12 oz) Green Giant™ Steamers™ frozen mixed vegetables
can (14 oz) diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano, undrained
can (15 oz) great northern beans, rinsed, drained
can (8 oz) tomato sauce
cup shredded fresh Parmesan cheese
Heat oven to 375°F. In ungreased 2-quart casserole or 8-inch square glass baking dish, mix all ingredients except cheese. Cover with foil.
Bake 45 minutes. Uncover and stir well. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered 10 to 15 minutes longer or until center is hot and cheese is golden brown.
For a colorful change, try pinto or red kidney beans in this recipe. Cannellini beans are a good substitute for the great northern beans, too.
