These were some great burgers. I cooked mine in a frying pan on the stove and also added a few splashes of Worcestershire sauce. My husband is not a big fan of onion so I added about 2 tbsp. of dried onion instead of what the recipe called for. They turned out wonderful and my husband really liked them.

There isn't a word for how good these taste! The only negative was that a 1/2 pound cooked up and split between two people makes a small burger...Next time I make these, I will double the recipe... Oh, and my husband was trying to prove a point about ingredients in a recipe and the amounts not having to be exact...So, he playfully threw in a bit more lemon juice. To my surprise it added a tangy and juicy twist without being overpowering.

Wow!! This was an excellent recipe and easy to make. I cooked the burgers in a grill pan rather than microwave. I also added about 1 t. of both Worcestershire sauce and Balsamic vinegar. Definately a keeper!!
