Try this delicious twist on the traditional Middle Eastern salad.

Ingredients

  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Suddenly Salad® classic pasta salad mix
  • Water and vegetable oil called for on salad mix box
  • 1 1/2 cups diced English (seedless) cucumber
  • 1 1/2 cups grape tomatoes, halved
  • 3 scallions, thinly sliced (1/3 cup)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves

Steps

    Make pasta salad as directed on box.
  • 2
    Stir in remaining ingredients. Refrigerate 30 minutes before serving. Cover and refrigerate any remaining salad.
