Ingredients

  • 8 cups bite-size pieces salad greens
  • 3 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
  • 4 teaspoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 12 pitted green olives
  • 3 roma (plum) tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 can (6 ounces) tuna in water, drained and flaked

Steps

    Toss salad greens, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper in large bowl.

    Add remaining ingredients; toss.
