This warm, cheesy, creamy dip has a touch of India pale ale--a style of beer that is pale to deep amber in color and slightly more hoppy and bitter than other pale ale.

Ingredients

Dip

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded white Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
  • 1/2 cup shredded Gouda cheese (2 oz)
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (2 oz)
  • 1/2 cup IPA beer
  • 1 teaspoon honey mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)

Garnish, if desired

  • Ground red pepper (cayenne)
  • Sliced green onion

Serve With, if desired

  • Food Should Taste Good® multigrain or sweet potato tortilla chips

    In 2-quart saucepan, heat Dip ingredients over low heat, stirring frequently, until cheeses melt and mixture is smooth.

    Sprinkle with red pepper and green onion. Serve with chips.
