Updated February 11, 2016

Ingredients

  • 2 cups low-fat granola cereal
  • 2 medium unpeeled apples, cut into chunks
  • 2 small bananas, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks or other fruit as desired
  • 2 containers (6 oz each) Yoplait® Original yogurt (any fruit flavor)

Steps

  • 1
Place granola in shallow bowl. Insert toothpick into each piece of fruit.
  • 2
Dip fruit into yogurt, coating all sides. Roll in granola, coating completely.

  • Apples are loaded with fiber, the soluble kind that helps lower blood cholesterol. Start slowly so your body has time to get used to more fiber!
