Creamy Dijon Pasta Salad

If you're a fan of potato salad but need a new twist, try this delicious pasta salad! It's great served at backyard barbecues with grilled burgers, chicken or ribs. MORE + LESS -

Ingredients

package Betty Crocker™ Suddenly Salad® ranch & bacon pasta salad mix

1/2

cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

tablespoon Dijon mustard

medium chopped green onions (1/4 cup)

medium celery stalk, thinly sliced (1/2 cup)

hard-cooked eggs, coarsely chopped

Empty Pasta mix into 3-quart saucepan 2/3 full of booiling water. Gently boil uncovered 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Drain pasta. Rinse with cold water. Shake to drain well.

Stir together Seasoning mix, mayonnaise, mustard, onions and celery in large bowl. Stir in pasta and eggs until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate leftovers.
