In 10-inch skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked; drain.

  • 3
Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. Remove from heat; stir in 1/2 cup of the cheese and the mayonnaise.
  • 4
Top with remaining cheese; cover and let stand 3 minutes. Drizzle with ranch dressing. Top with avocado, cooked bacon and green onions.

Tips from the Betty Crocker Kitchens

  • tip 1
Want to tone down the heat in this bacon ranch pasta recipe? Opt for Monterey Jack cheese instead of pepper Jack.
  • tip 2
Save on prep time by purchasing precooked bacon to use in this beef bacon pasta skillet.
  • tip 3
To dice the avocado, cut in half and remove pit. Using large spoon, scoop flesh from skin. Place one half avocado cut side down on cutting board. Make two horizontal cuts to make three planks, then cut lengthwise into strips. Turn 90 degrees, and cut again. Repeat with other half of avocado.
