Ever had a healthy dessert? Give it a whirl with this sweet potato pie smoothie made with vanilla yogurt, fresh sweet potato and just-right spices that's whipped up in 5 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup cooked sweet potato, cold
  • 2/3 cup Yoplait® 99% Fat Free creamy vanilla yogurt (from 2-lb container)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla

Steps

  • 1
    Place ingredients in blender or food processor. Cover; blend on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth.

    Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.
