Fresh strawberries and bananas make these yoghurt smoothies simply sweet.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
  • 1 medium banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup Mountain High™ lowfat vanilla yoghurt
  • 1 cup ice

Steps

    In blender, add all ingredients. Cover and blend on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth.

    Divide between 2 glasses. Serve immediately.

    Swap vanilla yoghurt for whole milk plain yoghurt, if desired; sweeten with honey or sugar to taste.
