We added dark beer to traditional spinach and artichoke dip for a crowd-pleaser that's ready in only 15 minutes.
Serve bread slices (toasted, if desired) or fresh veggies alongside for dipping.
To make ahead, cover dip tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate up to 8 hours. Serve it chilled, or warm in the microwave, or transfer to a saucepan and heat on the stove.
