Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup ground Italian-roast coffee
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Dash ground cloves
  • 3 cups water
  • 1/2 cup vanilla-flavored fat-free soymilk
  • 4 tablespoons reduced-fat whipped cream topping in aerosol can
  • 4 cinnamon sticks (3 inch), if desired

    In coffee filter or basket of 8- to 12-cup coffeemaker, place ground coffee, nutmeg, allspice, ground cinnamon and cloves. Add 3 cups water to coffeemaker; brew according to manufacturer's directions.

    In microwavable measuring cup, microwave soymilk uncovered on High about 30 seconds or until warm. Add warmed milk to brewed coffee in coffeepot; stir.

    Pour into mugs. Top each with 1 tablespoon of the whipped cream topping. Garnish with cinnamon sticks. Serve immediately.
