When springtime radishes start to appear in the farmers market, pick up a couple bunches and pull together this snappy salad.
Really Easy Radish Salad

Ingredients
- 12 radishes, quartered
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Dash freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon torn fresh Italian (flat-leaf) parsley
- 1/4 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Step1Place radishes in medium bowl. In small bowl, mix oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Pour oil mixture over radishes; toss. Top with parsley and cheese.
