  • 2 cups Honey Nut Cheerios™ cereal
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 20 large marshmallows

Steps

  • 1
Spray 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray. In large bowl, mix cereals; set aside.
  • 2
In 2-quart saucepan, cook remaining ingredients over low heat, stirring constantly, until marshmallows are melted. Pour over cereal mixture; mix well.
  • 3
Using sprayed rubber scraper, press mixture into pan. Cool slightly. For bars, cut into 6 rows by 4 rows.

Tips from the Betty Crocker Kitchens

  • tip 1
    Store these bars tightly covered.
  • tip 2
Keep in mind that if regular Total® cereal is substituted for the Total® Honey Clusters® cereal, these bars will not stick together as tightly.
