Obviously Orange Smoothies

It’s crazy how delicious these mango, carrot juice and broccoli smoothies taste! They’re a fun and tasty way for kids and adults to get more fruits and veggies! MORE + LESS -

Ingredients

bag (12 oz) frozen broccoli cuts
1
cup frozen unsweetened mango chunks
1/2
cup carrot juice
1/2
cup orange juice
1
tablespoon sugar

    Cook broccoli as directed on package. Rinse with cold water until cooled. Drain.
  • 2
    In blender, place 1/4 cup of the cooked broccoli and remaining ingredients. (Cover and refrigerate remaining broccoli for another use.) Cover; blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth.
  • 3
    Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.

  • For food safety reasons, frozen vegetables must be cooked.
  • Look for carrot juice in the refrigerated case of the produce section.
