Ingredients

    cups tomato juice

    medium carrots, sliced (1 cup)

    medium stalks celery, chopped (1 cup)

    small zucchini, chopped (1 cup)

    medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)

    cloves garlic, finely chopped

    can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained

Steps
