  • 1
Heat oven to 375°F. Grease 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish.
  • 2
In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix and milk with wooden spoon to form thick dough. Dump out onto floured surface, and use floured rolling pin to roll into large rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
  • 3
In small bowl, beat mayonnaise, mustard and honey with whisk to make sauce. Spread a few spoonfuls sauce on dough (enough to cover). Top with ham and cheese.
  • 4
Starting with one long end, tightly roll up dough. Use sharp knife to cut into 8 equal rolls. Place rolls in baking dish, cut side down.
  • 5
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden. Serve immediately with remaining honey mustard sauce.

Expert Tips

  • The ham may try to slide out as you roll it up; use your fingers to encourage it to stay in place as you roll.
  • You can either drizzle the honey mustard sauce over the hot ham and cheese rolls, or use it as a dipping sauce.
  • I used a sharp white Cheddar cheese, but any Cheddar cheese will do.
  • This recipe can easily be doubled.
