Cool off with this easy, low-fat frozen rum drink that mixes the flavors of peach, orange and guava. It goes from blender to glass in just 10 minutes!
Updated Sep 30, 2009

Ingredients

  • 1 can (10 ounces) frozen fuzzy navel drink mix
  • 1 cup guava juice or guava blend juice
  • 1/4 cup dark rum or guava juice
  • 2 cups cracked ice

Steps

  • 1
Place all ingredients except ice in blender. Cover and blend on high speed until blended.
  • 2
Add ice. Cover and blend until smooth and slushy.

Tips from the Betty Crocker Kitchens

  • tip 1
Some blenders are powerful enough to handle large ice cubes, while others work best with smaller chunks of ice. To quickly crack ice into small pieces, put cubes in a heavy plastic food-storage bag and tap gently with a meat mallet or rolling pin. Like orange juice, guava juice often settles to the bottom of the bottle and needs to be shaken well before using.
  • tip 2
Fuzzy navel drinks combine the summer-fresh flavors of peach and orange. The drink mix used in this recipe can be found near the other frozen juices and beverages.
