Blue Cheese White Bean Dip

Ready to party in 20 minutes, our bean dip is made with Northern beans and crumbled blue cheese. We suggest serving them with Cheddar tortilla chips.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15.8 oz) great Northern beans, drained, rinsed
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (2 oz)
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 bag roasted veggie zesty Cheddar tortilla chips

Steps

  • 1
    On food processor, place all ingredients except chips. Cover; process with on-and-off pulses until smooth.
  • 2
    Garnish dip with extra crumbled blue cheese, if desired. Serve with chips.
