This was spectacular! Instead of the extra broccoli, I used fresh spinach and fresh mushrooms. This is a keeper!

The recipe is super yummy! I especially love the biscuits because I love dill. When I want to mix this up, I use different kinds of frozen vegetables. The stir fry varieties are my favorites.

Only 4 stars because the biscuits seemed a little doughy. I omitted the Dill. I added scallops to this dish just before transferring to the baking dish. If the scallops are bite size no precooking is necessary. Shrimp could also be used. I also brushed the tops of the biscuits with melted butter 5 minutes into the baking process. This helps keep the biscuits from burning on top. Alternatively you could brush them with melted garlic butter (if dill is omitted) or galic and olive oil(if dill is omitted).
