1: box (1 lb 2.4 oz) Betty Crocker® Original Supreme Premium brownie mix

: Water, vegetable oil and egg called for on brownie mix box

1/2: cup powdered sugar

Save $$$ on your favorite brands

1 Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Grease bottom only of 8-inch or 9-inch square pan with cooking spray or shortening. Make brownies as directed on box. Cool completely, about 1 1/2 hours. For 16 brownies, cut into 4 rows by 4 rows.
2 Cut bat shape, up to 2 inches across, from sheet of paper for stencil. Position stencil on top of each brownie. Using fine-mesh wire strainer, sprinkle powdered sugar over stencil; remove stencil.

I made these for dessert one night and my boys loved them so much they made every friday night for 2 months. They enjoyed making the design with the simple stencil. Now they are "experts" in the kitchen.

I used the Betty Crocker's traditional brownies mix that came with the stencils printed on the inside of the box. We love Betty Crocker brownies which are so quick and easy to make and are sooo tasty! The stencils were very quick and easy to use and made our dessert even more fun! Now I know I can create my own stencils very easily to make any occasion a happy one.
