2cups white wine vinegar
1/4cup firmly packed fresh rosemary sprig
3garlic cloves
1sprig fresh rosemary leaves
2garlic cloves
2small red chilies
1.Shake vinegar, 1/4 cup rosemary and 3 garlic cloves in tightly covered glass jar or bottle. Let stand in cool, dry place 10 days.
2.Place 1 sprig rosemary in clear glass bottle. Thread 2 garlic cloves and the chilies alternatly on bamboo skewer; place in bottle.
3.Strain vinegar mixture; pour into bottle. Store at room temperature.

Special Touch
Decorate the bottle with wired ribbon or a raffia bow, then finish off by attaching a few sprigs of evergreen, fresh rosemary or your favorite herb.
Substitution
Marjoram, basil and oregano work just as well if rosemary is not on the top of your herbal list.
