Ingredients

  • 1 Fiber One™ 90 Calorie Lemon Bar
  • 1 teaspoon raspberry preserves
  • 1 teaspoon of Cool Whip fat-free frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 3 drops lemon juice
  • 3 fresh raspberries as garnish

Steps

    Smooth preserves on a plated Fiber One Lemon Bar, mix lemon juice and whipped topping, spread on top of bar and garnish with raspberries.
