1/2
cup packed brown sugar
1/2
cup vegetable oil
1
teaspoon vanilla
1
egg
1 1/2
cups Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
1/2
teaspoon baking soda
1/2
teaspoon salt
3/4
cup candy-coated chocolate candies
  • 1 Heat oven to 375°F.
  • 2 In large bowl, mix sugars, oil, vanilla and egg with spoon until smooth. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in 1/4 cup of the candies.
  • 3 Divide dough into fourths. Shape each fourth into roll, about 14 inches long, on ungreased cookie sheet, placing 2 rolls on a cookie sheet. Pat each roll to about 1/2-inch thickness. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of the remaining candies on each strip; press lightly.

Very quick and easy to make. A lot easier to make than traditional chocolate chip cookies because you don't have to keep scraping out the spoon that you use to drop the dough onto the cookie sheet. These are also the best chocolate chip cookies I've ever eaten!
