Directions

1 Heat oven to 375°F. In medium bowl, stir together softened butter and egg. Stir in cookie mix until soft dough forms.
2 Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
3 Bake 11 to 13 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool 1 minute before removing from cookie sheet.

Drop dough about 2 inches apart onto the cookie sheet to prevent cookies from baking together when the dough spreads.

Use a spring-handled ice-cream scoop to drop the dough onto the cookie sheet so all cookies will be the same size and bake the same time.
