This is a easy recipe and really fast to make. the only bad thing about it is that it has to chill for at least 3 hours. we love to eat right away! i really love the oat-taste. if you want it to taste more coffee-ish, than i would put at least one more spoon to it, i could hardly taste it out. i pressed the topping to hard. than it doesn´t look as nice as on the picture. so don´t flatten the top to much. great to go along with a cup of coffee!
