This was a HUGE hit at our 4th of July party and graduation party! I served with pineapple, grapes, and strawberries. I forgot the lime peel, but no one seemed to notice. It is definitely a keeper!

Another HUGE hit at our 4th of July party! I made this on a Friday and we had it on Sunday and it was AMAZING. Just had to stir before serving, as it was a bit liquidy, but it was gone within minutes. I didn't do the alcoholic version, but think I may next time. Also, I forgot the lime peel, but no one seemed to notice. Served with strawberries, grapes and pineapple.
