Made this for the 4th of July and it was a hit! For the va-va-voom effect I layered it in a very tall glass vase and topped it with mint leaves. It was beautiful. Hard to get out but, beautiful. :-)

I made it with just cool whip and the lime-aid for dressing and it was fantastic. What a impressive dessert with do little work and quite healthy.

I made this for an office party, I substituted fresh pineapples for the mangoes, I lined the bottom of the dish w/whip cream, I replaced the whipping cream w/whip cream, instead of the Lime Dressing I used Key Lime Yogurt Mousse. Squeezed out some lime juice on top the the whipcream and topped it w/ sliced limes. Gonna try it again and up it a notch.
