Grilled Honey-Mustard Chicken Sandwiches

Grilled Honey-Mustard Chicken Sandwiches

This is no plain old grilled chicken breast sandwich. Brushing on a seasoned honey-mustard baste turns the ordinary into something special.

Love this sandwich its quick, easy, and delicious. I only added some salt while cooking chicken and some miracle whip on a lightly toasted bun.

This a great and simple recipe. It won't take up a lot of preparation time and yet it is delicious and healthy. I make little change on this recipe. Instead of using red pepper, I marinated the chicken with cayenne pepper. Therefore the meat is lightly reddish and spicy. Anyway this recipe is brilliant. Lisa www.bakingfrenzy.com

This was a quick and easy way to spice up some grilled chicken. I mixed up the sauce and sliced the tomatoes in the morning and we grilled the sandwiches that night. Its a great way to use up the mustard that's been sitting in the fridge and have a filling, no-hassle dinner. It will definitely be a summer staple in our house.
