OK, the cheese isn't grilled, but when the melted cheese puddles in the soup and is topped with toasty croutons, it sure makes one think of that great soup and sandwich combo!

1: can (19 oz) Progresso® Vegetable Classics tomato basil soup

2: packages (1.5 oz each) colby-Monterey Jack cheese blend cubes (individual size)

1/2: cup croutons, divided into 2 resealable sandwich-sized food storage plastic bags

Save $$$ on your favorite brands

1 Heat soup as directed on can.
2 For each serving, pour warm soup into small insulated bottle. Pack in lunch bag with cheese cubes, croutons and plastic spoon.
3 At lunch time, add cheese cubes and croutons to soup.

Thanks for the idea, had forgotten about this little recipe. I'm old and alone so this is a great little easy meal for me. Also my granddaughter is a new bride and she hadn't heard of this before so it will go in her growing meal ideas.

You have got to be kidding. This "recipe" ranks up there with "Chocolate Milk" -- 8oz milk, 3 tsp. chocolate milk mix. Stir well in tall glass & serve.
