Ingredients

Dip

  • 1 1/4 cups plain fat-free yogurt
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 2 teaspoons grated gingerroot
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel

Fruit Skewers

  • 12 bamboo skewers (6 inch)
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 cups melon cubes (cantaloupe and/or honeydew)

Steps

    In small bowl, mix dip ingredients with wire whisk until smooth. Cover; refrigerate at least 15 minutes to blend flavors.

    On each skewer, alternately thread 3 raspberries and 2 melon cubes. Serve with dip.
