Made this for my family. It was delicious. I left out the jalapeno (for our small children) and added a can of carrots at the last minute for a one pot meal. We thoroughly enjoyed it and I will add it to our regular rotation.

Made this for dinner last night. Used a rotisserie chicken and added a can of corn, extra onions and a cup more of the chicken broth. Very easy and very good.
