This jambalaya is prepared in one pot—easy to make, with little mess. Great to serve with a side of cornbread.
For Chicken Sausage and Shrimp Jambalaya, add some cooked shrimp in step 3.
Buy long grain white rice in a microwave steam bag for quick, easy preparation.
For an extra kick, serve with sliced jalapeño chiles or a few dashes of red pepper sauce.
