I'm 46 years old, sadly this was my first ever loaf of bread I've baked. After making it I wonder what took me so long. This recipe was simple to prepare, easy to bake and turned out extremely tasty. In fact, it tastes much like the breads I buy at my local Publix bakery. Is it as good as those? Perhaps not on this first attempt, however, give me a couple more shots at this recipe and I'm confident I can come close to those. Readers of this website, most with vastly more cooking ability than I possess, can no doubt do the same.
