Ingredients
- 2 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 lb boneless country-style pork ribs, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cans (15 to 16 oz each) great northern beans, drained
- 1/2 lb cooked kielbasa, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
Instructions

Step1In 10-inch skillet, cook bacon, pork pieces and onion over medium-high heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pork begins to brown.

Step2Spray 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In cooker, place pork mixture. Stir in remaining ingredients except beans and kielbasa. Layer beans over top.

Step3Cover; cook on Low heat setting 6 to 7 hours.

Step4Stir in kielbasa. Increase heat setting to High. Cover; cook 30 minutes longer or until thoroughly heated.
