Ingredients

  • 1 pouch (11.9 oz) Betty Crocker™ REESE'S PIECES Cookie Mix
  • Butter and egg called for on cookie mix pouch
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 3/4 cup HERSHEY'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 tablespoons REESE’S Creamy Peanut Butter

Steps

  • 1
Heat oven to 350°F. Line 8-inch square pan with foil; spray with cooking spray.
  • 2
In medium bowl, mix cookie mix, butter and egg until soft dough forms. Stir in oats until blended. Remove 2/3 cup of the cookie dough; set aside. Press remaining dough evenly in bottom of pan.
  • 3
In 1-quart saucepan, heat chocolate chips, condensed milk and peanut butter over low heat 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth and slightly thickened. Spread mixture on top of cookie base. Break remaining cookie dough into small pieces; sprinkle over top.
  • 4
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until cookie dough is golden brown. Cool completely, about 2 hours.
  • 5
Use foil to remove bars from pan. Cut into 4 rows by 4 rows. Store covered in airtight container at room temperature.

Tips from the Betty Crocker Kitchens

  • tip 1
Spray your palm or a spatula with cooking spray to help easily press and spread cookie dough in pan.
  • tip 2
Be sure to use sweetened condensed milk for these REESE'S Peanut Butter-Chocolate Revel Bars, not evaporated milk. The two don’t work the same way in recipes.
  • tip 3
For clean, even bars, carefully wipe off the blade of your knife after each cut.
