Part muffin, part Danish, these delightful breakfast-ready peach cinnamon streusel cups have everything you love about pastries, rolled into one. From our Bisquick Quick to the Table cookbook, the aroma of these cinnamon streusel cups wafting from the kitchen is sure to wake up any sleepyheads. Like peach Danish filling inside tender muffins, the sweet treats are topped with a rich streusel coffee cake topping and drizzled with a sweet, powdered sugar icing, for an amazing and quite irresistible breakfast or brunch indulgence.

We developed this recipe using original Bisquick™ baking mix for easy preparation, featuring a moist and flavorful filling of chopped canned peaches, softened cream cheese, and sugar. A sinfully rich streusel topping—made with brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, and more Bisquick—completes the delightful pastries. A final drizzle of powdered sugar, incorporating a touch of reserved peach syrup, adds a touch of sweetness. The layers of flavor and texture make these irresistible treats a perfect indulgence for breakfast or brunch.

These sweet cinnamon streusel cups are perfect for a weekend breakfast for the family or for an impressive brunch treat you can serve to guests. Make a day-brightening, memorable spread by serving them with your favorite egg dish, fresh fruit, coffee, and juice. No one has to know just how easy it was to put together.

  • Step
    6
Bake 16 to 18 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Let stand 10 minutes; remove from pan to cooling rack.
