A pretty punch is quickly made in a pitcher for a refreshing, no-fuss drink.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cold water
  • 1 can (6 oz) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 3/4 cup frozen (thawed) grapefruit juice concentrate (from 12-oz can)
  • 1 bottle (1 liter) sparkling water, chilled
  • Orange slices, if desired
  • Fresh mint leaves, if desired

    In large pitcher, mix cold water, orange juice concentrate, grapefruit juice concentrate and sparkling water.

    Serve spritzers over ice. Garnish each serving with orange slice and mint leaf.
