Mix chocolate chips and honey in 1 1/2-quart microwavable casserole or bowl. Microwave uncovered on High 1 to 2 minutes or until chips can be stirred smooth.
  • 2

  • 3
Store in tightly covered container at least 4 days to develop flavor but no longer than 4 weeks.

Expert Tips

  • If they need a little “touch up” after storage, you can re-roll the bourbon balls in powdered sugar just before serving.
  • Powdered sugar a little lumpy? Just put the measured amount you need into a metal kitchen strainer with a glass bowl underneath. Sift the powdered sugar through the strainer using a large kitchen spoon to work out the bumps.
  • These treats are just as scrumptious when almonds, pecans or hazelnuts are used instead of the walnuts.
