Dorothy’s Tips

  • To make mixing the cookie dough easier, soften (but do not melt) the butter before adding it to your cookie mix. Using a hand mixer or a stand mixer will also make mixing easier.
  • Chop your pecans into small pieces so that they evenly coat the top of the bars. This way, there’ll be a pecan in every bite!
