What can I do with a ham bone? Not a fan of pea soups.

Oh, my, and I do look forward to Split Pea Soup post Christmas!  BUT, how about beans, wild rice, barley and/or veggies?  Ham bones lend themselves to slow cookers, to easliy get the rest of the meat off the bone and flavor the broth. Break up the bone as much as possible before adding and cut up the ham when done.  Here are several recipes to try with the ham bone replacing the ham called for:  Slow Cooker Creamy Ham and Wild Rice SoupSlow Cooker Vegetable Bean and Ham SoupSlow Cooker Tuscan Bean Soup; and, Slow Cooker Vegetable Soup with Barley (no ham in recipe, but would be a tasty addition).  I hope you find a new favorite!
