I made these tonight for dinner, they were wonderful. I must admit though, by the time I was finished reworking it so that it conformed to my husbands low sodium diet, it didn't much resemble the original. Here's what I did in case anyone on a low sodium diet is a real fan of tuna and wants to give it a try. I used Star Kist Low Sodium canned tuna and rinsed it well. Then I substituted 1/2 C. unsalted cracker crumbs for the Bisquick (which is higher in sodium, even the Heart Healthy Bisquick is higher than I am comfortable with). I cut the dijon mustard down to just 1 tsp. and added the juice of 1-1 1/2 fresh limes (depending on the size of the lime) and 1 1/2 tsp. of a sodium free garlic herb seasoning. Finially I added just a dash of Cayenne pepper. The end result is that my husband, who I might add doesn't even really like tuna has asked that I make this a regular meal!! :) :)
