SERVINGS 1

3/4: cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2: cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, undrained

1/3: cup olive or vegetable oil

3: cloves garlic

1/4: cup pine nuts

Save $$$ on your favorite brands

1 Place all ingredients in food processor. (Do not use blender.)
2 Cover and process about 3 minutes, stopping occasionally to scrape sides, until smooth.

This was very good. I used fresh sun dried tomato instead of oil packed and it was still very good. I tossed it with chicken and pasta and it was great with some garlic bread.
