1/2cup Old El Paso® Thick 'n Chunky salsa
1/2cup refrigerated bacon-flavored dip
1tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Salad
1bag (10 ounces) romaine and leaf lettuce mix
2packages (6 ounces each) refrigerated cooked Southwest-flavor chicken breast strips
4plum (Roma) tomatoes, coarsely chopped
1/2cup chopped cooked bacon

2.In large bowl, mix all Salad ingredients. Add dressing; toss until coated.

Purchase precooked bacon strips in the meat department of the grocery store.
Substitution
Cherry tomatoes, cut in half, can be used instead of the plum tomatoes. You'll need about 1 cup.
