pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker® peanut butter cookie mix

cup quick-cooking oats

tablespoons vegetable oil

tablespoons water

cup candy-coated chocolate candies

cup salted peanuts
  • 1 Heat oven to 375°F. In large bowl, stir all ingredients until soft dough forms. Drop dough by 1/4 cupfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  • 2 Bake 12 to 18 minutes or until edges begin to brown. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely.

This is ridiculous. I mean come on. 400 calories in one?? I would suggest making normal size cookies and baking them for 8-11 minutes. That would be more like 3 dozen. They do sound delicious though...

We made these cookies last night and were very disappointed. They were dry both before and after we baked them. Although the flavor was good, I would definitely not take them to any function or serve at a party.

my family and neighbors all said this recipe was a definite make again. the kid''s prefered the batch i made without peanuts and the adults liked it with or without. the only complaint was they were too big.
