Ingredients

cups Original Bisquick® mix
1/3
cup sour cream
2/3
cup milk
1
tablespoon packed brown sugar
2
tablespoons maple-flavored syrup
2
eggs
Additional maple-flavored syrup, if desired

Directions

  • 1 Heat griddle or skillet over medium-high heat or electric griddle to 375°F; grease if necessary. (Surface is ready when a few drops of water sprinkled on it dance and disappear.)
  • 2 Stir all ingredients except additional syrup in large bowl until blended. Pour batter by slightly less than 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle.
  • 3 Cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook until golden. Serve with additional syrup.

Serve pancakes with warm syrup. Heat syrup in a microwavable cup uncovered on High 15 to 20 seconds.

Mix pancake batter in an 8-cup glass measuring cup with a handle and spout; then just pour batter onto the griddle.

love love love this! ive already made these 4 or 5 times. my kids eat tons of these compared to regular pancakes. this has become my "go to" recipe. soooo good!

I used 2% milk and the batter was great.Ended up adding a 1/3 cup more milk to loosen. I coated the pan with butter and it made the outside of the pancakes buttery and yummy. Served as suggested with warm syrup and also served maple bacon. Loved this one.
