I doubled the recipe for my family of 6, and I didn't have fillets, so I used regular fish sticks instead. I received thumbs up around the table! Very easy to put together, and tastes great! I will be doing this one again!

My family loved this meal. My husband hates carrots. I put my carrots in my food processor and added it. He thought the carrots was shredded cheese. He said that it was the best au Gratin Potatoes he ever ate, lol. I have to sneak in veggies when I can.

This recipe was soooo good. I found it even better when I forgot to get the boxed Au Gratin potatoes and made that part of it from scratch. Here is the recipie I used and it turned out perfect. Peeled and sliced 3 Medium Russet Potatoes 1 10 3/4 once can of Campbells Cheddar Cheese Soup I added this with amount of Dill, Butter & Milk called for in the recipe and used this for the Au Gratin potatoes. I don't like cooked carrots so left them out and also if you do this potato recipe you leave out the water also.
